Shanthanu Bhagyaraj who made his step into acting with the film Sakkarakatti which hit the screens in 2008 has proved to be a very dedicated actor and an even better dancer. He was last seen playing the lead in the film titled Mupparimanam directed by Adhiroopan which released in 2017. The actor is also one of the judges of a popular dance show titled     Dance Jodi Dance in Zee TV. 



It is now said that the actor is all set to collaborate with director 'Madha Yaanai Koottam' fame director Vikram Sugumaran for a film titled 'Raavana Kottam'. The film is set to be natively inclined and highlight various cultures and traditions. The actor has now made this news official on his Twitter space and states that he is extremely happy to work on such a unique and exciting project.  

It has come to notice that Shanthanu has already started prepping for his role in the film. Over the past couple of months, he has been appearing with the traditional attire of a shirt and dhoti and even speaking in the unique slang of Ramanathapuram adapting himself for the role.
