Hansraj Saxena's maiden production venture Shivani, under his newly formed Sax Pictures, has received an U/A certificate from the Censor officials. The film is directed by debutant Sai Gokul Ramnath, who has earlier assisted K.V. Anand in Ko, Ayan and Maattrraan. The film stars Chandru, Kavya Shetty,Vaali ,Nithin Sathya, Murali, Neelima, Ammu, Srinath, Chamms and Subbu in important roles. Music is composed by Sreejith-Saachin while J. Laxman takes care of camera and Sathyaraj is the editor.
