With that said, the Sarkar teaser has now made yet another big accomplishment with its total number of views on YouTube (23,483,477 views) beating the view count of the Vivegam teaser (23,483,018 views), starring ‘Thala’ Ajith in the lead role.
An A. R. Murugadoss directorial produced under the Sun Pictures banner with music by A. R. Rahman, Sarkar features Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as the female leads alongside Yogi Babu for the comedic relief and, Radha Ravi and Pala. Karuppiah as the antagonists.
