Ace actor R Sarathkumar is celebrating his 66th birthday today (July 14) and wishes have been pouring in from all quarters. Radikaa Sarathkumar and her son Rahul surprised him at 12 AM with a special cake and Radikaa had shared a picture of the celebration on her Twitter page. Following that, Radikaa has now posted a tweet, announcing the entry of the talented actor into the digital space. Yes, Sarathkumar will be venturing into the OTT platform with a new content titled Birds Of Prey.

The first look posters have been released by Radikaa and Sarathkumar's stylish makeover looks absolutely great. His makeover for the role is very interesting and it looks like the fans are going to see a different dimension of Sarathkumar. The first look posters suggest that this is an investigative crime thriller and it looks like Sarathkumar is on a mission to find out someone who is responsible for committing a crime.

One does not know if this is a web series or a film and we will get a better clarity in the coming days. This will be a visual adaptation of the book with the same title, written by Archana Sarat. Talking about this project, author Archana tweeted, "@realsarathkumar Sir was not only kind and humble enough to launch the book of a debut author but he has also taken it to the screen. :)" Details regarding the director, cast and the rest of the crew are yet to be announced. Radikaa Sarathkumar will produce this content under the banner of Radaan Mediaworks.

Sarathkumar was last seen playing one of the lead roles in Mani Ratnam's production venture, Vaanam Kottattum, directed by Dhana. Sarathkumar's mature performance in the film earned positive reviews from the critics and general audience. Sarathkumar will be seen playing the lead role in two Tamil films - Peranthal Parasakthi, directed by OM Vijay, co-starring Radikaa and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Paamban, directed by Venkatesh, co-starring Varalaxmi. Both these projects are in different stages of production.
