Sarah debuts in Telugu
Model-turned-actress Sarah-Jane Dias, who acted in Vishal's Tamil film Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai (2010), is debuting in Telugu.
The Pantaloons Femina Miss India World (2007) winner is the heroine opposite Pawan Kalyan in his ongoing The Shadow, being directed by Tamil film maker Vishnuvardhan under the banner of Sanghamitra Arts and Arks Media Arts.
Her spokesperson said: "On the first day of her shoot, Sarah surprised her co-star Pawan by greeting him in Telugu. Though it's tough and she has no clue about the language, she is trying extremely hard."
Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music. Adivi Sesh and Jackie Shroff play meaty roles. This is Vishnuvardhan's first Telugu film. The film is set in a mafia backdrop.
