Cook with Comali sensation Pugazh recently bought a car and the news about it went viral on social media. Pugazh's fans and well wishers were truly happy for him and everyone congratulated him on his growth. Having started his career as a car driver and doing wage works, it was surreal for Pugazh to buy a car in his own money and he felt highly emotional about it. He also added that his mother cried in happiness in seeing his growth. There is no doubt that Pugazh has now become one of the most loved and popular personalities in Tamil Nadu. Having said this, popular comedian turned hero, Santhanam presented a surprise gift to Pugazh for buying a new car.

Pugazh shared this update through a video which has been uploaded on his official YouTube channel. In the video, Santhanam is seen driving Pugazh's car and he congratulates Pugazh on the same. Later, Santhanam gifted a silver Ganesha statue to place in front of the car. This costly gift from Santhanam indeed comes as a kind gesture and his act has been winning hearts. Pugazh was elated to receive the surprise gift and he thanked Santhanam for it.

It is to be noted that Pugazh and Santhanam are acting together in the latter's next film titled Sabhaapathy which is directed by R Srinivasa Rao. The shooting of the film is progressing at a brisk pace and the makers are planning to release the film during the summer holidays. Sabhaapathy will mark Pugazh's debut as an actor in Tamil cinema and people who love him are eagerly looking forward to seeing him on the big screen. The growth of Pugazh has been immense in the last few months and the massive success of Cook with Comali has now given him solid opportunities in the film industry.

Let us hope that Pugazh continues this success streak and becomes one of the leading actors in the Tamil film industry. Apart from Sabhaapathy, Pugazh is also acting in Arun Vijay's untitled next with director Hari. Tentatively titled as AV 33, this film features Priya Bhavani Shankar as the female lead and has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.
