Well, he knows the real burden undergone by Bela Bhansali for Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi, as Sanjay has been with his sister ever since the idea to make a film developed in her. Not many know that Bela took 10 long years to finally bring her dream to come true. After attaining success as a music video director, Bela helped her brother Bhansali to edit films, but promised him that she would venture into films, sometime. It was at the time of Devdas, that she proudly told her brother that she was to make a film, and also started to shoot. But, the film got shelved as the lead cast walked away.
Now, the film has hit the silver screens with the unimaginable couple of Farah Khan and Boman Irani. After watching the film, Sanjay expressed that he is immensely happy for his sister. Now, he has also started worrying over why he never got an idea to make a film like Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi.
