Ring Tone restarts
Super star Suresh Gopi's long dragging investigative thriller Ring Tone, which completed its first schedule six months ago, has started its second schedule in Alappuzha. Directed by debutante Ajmal, Ring Tone stars Bala in an important role; Telugu actress Megha Nair is the heroine.
The film is about an investigation into a series of mysterious cyanide-caused deaths that take place in a tribal community. Suresh Gopi plays the role of Ninan Koshi, the CBI officer who investigates the case. This is the first time in his career that Suresh Gopi, who is almost synonymous with�police officer roles on screen, is donning the role of a CBI officer.
Produced by Sree Kumar, Swaminathan and Prabhu Kumar under the banner of Panchajanyam films, the movie has Ashish Vidyarthi, Rajan P. Dev, Sai Kumar and Anoop Chandran in major roles. Saneesh and Arafath make their debuts as script writers. Bejoys wields the camera. Music director Shan scores music to the lyrics written by Vayalar Sarath Chandra Varma.
