Actress Raveena Tandon was offered to play on screen mother for Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra in their upcoming film Dil Dhadakane Do. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the film stars Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra as siblings, while Anushka Sharma will play Ranveer's love interest.
After mothering two adorable kids, Raveena was seen in less number of films and in some TV shows. The actress refused saying that she is not old enough to play a mother role on screen. Actress Shefali Shah was chosen for the role, also Anil Kapoor will be seen as the father of PC and Ranveer Singh.
