Actress Ramya Pandian became a sensation across Tamil Nadu after the infamous rooftop photoshoot a few months back. Having come up with a powerful performance in the National Award-winning film, Joker, released in 2016, the up-and-coming star went on to become a trending name after the photoshoot on the terrace of her home in Chennai. Post the huge response to her pictures on her Instagram page, Ramya Pandian’s followers count shot up from 20,000 followers to its current 266,000 followers in these past few months. That said, the actress has now issued a statement saying she will resort to legal action against those who are impersonating and posting toxic content about her in the guise of fake social networking profiles and ids.

Ramya Pandian had a couple of months back released a video informing fans to follow her official social media accounts for legitimate information regarding her. Post Joker, Ramya had gone on to star alongside Samuthirakani in Aan Devathai, released last year. Of late, she has been making public appearances and had recently revealed that she is yet to decide on the film projects she intends to take up in the days ahead.
