Rajinikanth, who recently watched Vikram Prabhu's Ivan Vera Mathiri, has appreciated the film. He has said in a note to the team, that he was surprised to watch this action entertainer with several twists and turns and also wished the film to be a huge success. Ivan Vera Mathiri revolves around a common man trying to improve the plight of society. Directed by M. Saravanan of Engeyum Eppothum fame the film also stars debutante Surabhi playing the female lead.
