Radikaa Sarathkumar will be making her comeback into the television industry with the sequel of her blockbuster hit serial, Chithi. The second installment of the Chithi franchise was officially announced a few days back by Radikaa and the response was phenomenal. The fans are already eager to witness this serial on their small screens. Chithi was a serial that made Radikaa a very relatable name among the household audience and it also made her the Superstar of Tamil television serials.

The serial featured Radikaa in dual roles as Saradha and Sakthi and it was directed by C.J.Baskar. Coming to its sequel, Chithi 2 will start airing from January 27 in Sun TV at 9 PM everyday (Monday - Saturday) and it is expected to earn high TRP rankings. This sequel features Ponvannan as Radikaa’s husband, while the supporting cast includes Shilpa, Mahalakshmi, and others.

The makers have now released a new promo on YouTube that gives a glimpse of the serial and Radikaa’s character. The ace actor will be seen donning the role of a house wife who leads a middle class family.
