Raam goes to Hindi

Critically-acclaimed Tamil filmRaam directed by Ameer is all set for a Hindi remake and will be titled Bolo Raam. Veteran actors Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri and Padmini Kolhapuri play important roles in the film.

After reading the script, acting maestroNaseeruddin Shah has agreed to star in the film without accepting any payment. He also said that the script is a rare gem.“I believe that scripts like Bolo Raam are very rare andrequire a lot from an actor. I am sure that if I would have charged any money for the film, I won’t ever be able to deliver my best and it would not have been a justification to the film,” he toldPTI.

Bolo Raam is being directed by Rakesh Chaturvedi and produced by Goldy Bhutani. The film will be the debut vehicle for Goldy’s son Rishi Bhutani.

Looks like another South remake in Bollywood!
