The songs 'Srivalli', 'Saami Saami', and the item song 'Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava' featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu, contributed the most towards this achievement given their ability to reach the masses on a global scale. The songs are still being tuned in regularly for their groovy beats and catchy lyrics. The songs have now turned out to be one of the biggest party anthems of the year. The soundtrack album of the film was composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The soundtrack features five tracks which are all written by Chandrabose.

The film which held this record earlier was another film starring Allu Arjun called Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The film went on to bag over 2 billion views. It is nice to see Allu Arjun breaking his own records while creating more at the same time.

Pushpa: The Rise is written and directed by Sukumar. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, it stars Allu Arjun as the titular character alongside Fahadh Faasil (his Telugu debut), and Rashmika Mandanna while Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Ajay, and Ajay Ghosh play supporting roles. The first of two cinematic parts, the film depicts the rise of a coolie in the smuggling syndicate of red sandalwood, a rare wood that grows only in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh state.

The pan-indian film was released along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi languages. The film opened to positive reviews from fans and critics alike praising Allu Arjun's performance, action sequences, direction, and score. The film entered the Rs 100 crore club by grossing over Rs. 365 crores at the box office, ranking among the highest-grossing Telugu films of all time.
