Actor Ananth Nag rose to fame with Alphonse Puthren's directorial, Premam, in which he played the role of Arivu, Sai Pallavi's cousin brother, who would later marry her. He was also a part of the director's previous outing, Neram that had Nivin Pauly and Nazriya in the lead roles.

He has now come up with a new Tamil film, titled July Kaatril, which is a romantic comedy. He has paired up with Anju Kurian in this film that is directed by K.C.Sundaram. The audio and the trailer launch happened this morning and actor Karthi was seen as the chief guest adding up as a boosting factor to the young team. Touted to be a triangular love story, the film also has Samyuktha Menon playing another lead.

The trailer of the film has now come out on YouTube which promises to be a youthful romantic entertainer. The glossy visuals and breezy musical score lend good support to the trailer. The film has music scored by Joshua Sridhar. Catch the trailer here:
