Prabhu Deva's upcoming cop action thriller Pon Manickavel directed by AC Mugil Chellappan of Kandaen fame and the film is produced by Nemichand Jhabak and Hitesh Jhabak under the production banner Jhabak Movies. Pon Manickavel already has some expectation as it will showcase Prabhu Deva as a Police officer for the first time in his long career. Pon Manickavel has Nivetha Pethuraj as the lady lead and Suresh Menon, J Mahendran and Soori in important roles. Music for the film is composed by D Imman.
On Monday, the team released a song promo of the romantic track Uthira Uthira from the movie in which both the leading stars Prabhu Deva and Nivetha Pethuraj were seen in an intimate dance sequence. The video instantly went viral on social media platforms. Following the reception, the full audio song of the track has been released by the team.
