Director Perarasu, is known for his unique film titles. He names all his films with the famous cities across, like Tirupathi, Thirupachi, Palani, to name a new. But, now the director has changed his trend and has named his next flick as Tihar, a city in North India. Also, the film will have Parthiban returning to the big screens after a short gap. It is said that the film is said to be an action thriller.
