Actor Roshan Basheer, who is popular for his role as Varun Prabhakar in Papanasam, turns hero. The handsome youngster, who played a negative shaded role in the Kamal Haasan starrer, will next appear as a hero in an upcoming Kollywood flick titled, Kubera Rasi.

Directed by Radhakrishnan, the film is touted to be a rural based thriller, where a young man struggles to save his ancestral house from being seized. The film is said to have more of newcomers in its cast list. The film's shooting is currently on full swing. Stay tuned for more updates!
