It is well-known that Anushka Shetty is all set to make her appearance on the big screen opposite Madhavan in Nishabdam. The film has been the talk of the town for quite a while now and the anticipation level grew higher when the makers released the first look of the actress from the film. Through the post it was revealed that Anushka will be playing the character of Sakshi, who is a mute artist. Needless to say, this got fans all excited. The director of the film, Hemant Madhurkar revealed to a leading daily that Anushka prepared for six months for this role!
Talking to the daily, the director said, “Anushka learnt painting and sign language to play this character. We had artists and sign language instructors teaching her the nuances. She used to practice both every day.” This sure seems like a lot of hard work! This sure makes the film even more intriguing now. The director also revealed to the daily that the looks of other actors including Michael Madsen will be out soon!
The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English. Anushka was last seen in Bhaagamathie that released in 2018. The actress will also be seen doing a guest appearance in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy!
