Nani has acquired the Telugu remake rights of Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi's most-awaited Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum, directed by debutant Arun Kumar. Also in the star cast are Jayaprakash, Ishwarya and Sneha. The story of the film is about an old man and his craze for the vintage car Premier Padmini. Music is composed by Justin Prabhakaran and cinematography by Gokul Benoy. Seven times National Award winning editor Sreekar Prasad takes care of editing. Meanwhile, the Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum team is gearing up for a grand audio launch and road show in September.
