Nandita Das, who took a short break from films post her delivery, is all set to act in films now. The actress, who is a mother of 20-month-old baby, has signed a Tamil and Hindi film recently.

Talking about her future projects, Nandita said, “I am finally doing two films. I am doing one Tamil flick with Seenu Ramasamy who won three National Awards for his last film Thenmerku Paruvakatru. I am also doing a Hindi film with Devashi Bakshi. Both the films are based on contemporary subjects.”

Nandita who is not interested in doing commercial flicks said, “I don't watch commercial films much, so I am not interested in doing such films. But, I am not against commercial cinema.”

The actress, who made her directorial debut with Firaaq, is interested in directing more films. Talking about directing films, Nandita said, “I would like to direct. My directorial debut was challenging, and I am currently looking out for a story.”
