The number of celebrities who have the time, money and the will to explore the world and have an adventurous vacation is mounting up, with each day passing by. We can't blame them as the adrenal rush that one experiences while attempting these escapades are to die for, but they could also end up changing one's life and their perspectives. Recently, Munmun Dutta, who acted in Kamal's Mumbai Xpress, went on a trekking expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa. And after not more than 2 nights, declared that she is ending the climb owing to severe claustrophobia, two nights in a row.
She added in the post, "I was one of the strongest persons in the group - physically and mentally both. And I knew I would reach the peak sooner than expected. But you can never be prepared for everything . And in my case it is my severe case of Claustrophobia which I didn’t count before the climb. But the mountain taught me."
Munmun Dutta mentioned that the stark darkness gave her the claustrophobia and that she almost fainted outside her tent. That was the exact moment that the actress decided to pull out of the expedition. She also thanked the team that helped her bring her down the mountain. She wrote, " Couldn’t thank the team of @kiliwarriors enough for saving me from this near death experience of mine. The porters , the guides everyone helped me pack my bags, walk with me 1 hour in total darkness in 5 degrees cold to take me to a place where the car could come and pick me up and bring me down the mountain."
