Jiiva's Mugamoodi has already created waves even before its release. The actor's 50 lakh costume is already the talk of the town! The Mugamoodi Superhero costume was fabricated in Hong Kong by a veteran costume maker Gaebriella Wilkins. Apparently Jiiva was flown to HK for a complete body and head mold session that lasted for 8 excruciating hours. Gaebriella and her 10 member team took nearly 6 months for completion of the suit, mask, Cape and the belt after numerous iterations. Around dozen suits and 30 masks were made to finally achieve the desired design, fit and finish.

The suit was made of a right mix of silicone rubber and urethane foam to strike a balance between flexibility, total weight, durability and the muscular Superhero look.  The mask was made in a specially designed vacuum chamber to get the perfect leathery fit and a smooth outer finish. The suit originally weighed 8 kilos but was brought down to 4 kilos by repeated experimentation.

Looks like Mysskin, Jiiva and the Mugamoodi team has put in a lot of effort to make this superhero flick.
