The Villain is an ambitious project in every aspect in Kannada. The movie is directed by Prem and he has managed to rope in the top stars of Kannada film industry, Sudeep and Shiv Rajkumar.

The cast list is now getting bigger and stronger with Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty. The actor is making his debut in the Kannada film industry. The director added that fifty percent of the movie has graphical scenes and over 8 companies are working to bring it to life even before the shooting schedule is over.
