The shoot of Mirchi Siva's next comedy entertainer Simmakal Sekar began today in Chennai. The film is directed by Thiraivannan of Kacheri fame. The actor is currently awaiting the release of 144, directed by Manikandan and produced by C. V. Kumar. The film also stars Ashok Selvan, Oviya and Sruthi Ramakrishnan in the lead roles.
