The teaser of Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming film Mellisai is all set to release today. Produced by Rebel Studios, the film stars Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathri in the lead. It may be recalled that after Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom, the cute actress Gayathri is pairing with Vijay Sethupathi again.

Debutant director Ranjith Jayakody is all excited about his film's upcoming trailer, and stated, "The teaser which is releasing today consists of some excellent visuals and a great concept. The response towards the posters and the teaser gives any director a great measure of confidence. The appreciation I received from my cast, crew, and the production side over this teaser has given me a great boost. This teaser will be a curtain raiser for greater things to come." Composer C.S.
