Marvel Studios has been keeping everyone super excited and on their toes with their list of films. With a vast array of projects ready to release in 2022 and beyond, including Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and many more lined up, the box office powerhouse studio has got fans woke and ready with more ventures ahead.

The latest news regarding Marvel is about the highly-anticipated Deadpool 3, which has found its director for the franchise's MCU debut and completion of its trilogy. It has been revealed that Night at the Museum fame Shawn Levy has been roped in to direct the third installment of this foul-mouthed character's franchise. Ryan Reynolds will be back to reprise his foul-mouthed anti-hero role and it will also mark his third-time collaboration with the Canadian filmmaker after previously working with him on Free Guy and the recently-released The Adam Project, which came out on Netflix earlier this week. Excited to work with his director buddy again, Ryan Reynolds took to Twitter and shared a creative picture of Deadpool along with the characters he has played in past Shawn Levy films along with the caption, "The third film in my Shawn Levy trilogy will be a tad more stabby." in order to commemorate their reunion.

Frequent Ryan Reynolds collaborators Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who penned the scripts for the first two Deadpool films, are returning to the franchise to work on Deadpool 3. Not much information about the film is out yet, nor has it gotten an official release date. So, all we can do now is buckle up and wait for the roller-coaster to get going. Levy has built quite a career spanning over two decades directing films like Cheaper by the Dozen, The Pink Panther, the Night of the Museum trilogy, Free Guy, and The Adam Project. He has also produced and directed episodes of modern classic TV shows like Stranger Things. So it will be exciting to see the kind of tricks the director pulls out from his act in this superhero film.
