Nivin Pauly was earlier in the news for touting to be playing the lead role in the unusually titled film Medulla Oblongata. Sources now say that Navin Pauly has stepped out of the film. Rumour has it that Maqbool Salman has replaced Nivin. Medulla Oblongata is the Malayalam remake of the super hit Tamil film Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom. Vendhar Movies is producing this comedy thriller film.
