The filmmaker's untimely demise came as a big shocker for the entire country and the fans expressed their heartfelt condolences on social media. We even saw pictures of actress Mandira Bedi breaking down emotionally at the funeral event. The pictures made the fans very emotional and it went viral on social media. Breaking all the stereotypes, it was Mandira who performed the final rites for her husband, Raj Kaushal.

Notably, this is Mandira's first social media post after Raj Kaushal's death and the single heartbreak emoji has made the fans really emotional. Director Karan Johar, Mithila Palkar, Adah Sharma, Shakti Mohan, Saina Nehwal, Tanya Chaitanya, Tanvi Shah, Harbhajan Singh, Armaan Malik, Mouni Roy, Hansika Motwani, were some of the popular personalities who extended their moral support to Mandira, through her post.

Mandira played the role of a psychiatrist who appears in the initial title sequence of Manmadhan.
