Mahesh Babu starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata is on the long list of the most anticipated movies of this year. The film is almost ready and is in its final stages of production. If that is not enough, a new poster was dropped today (1 March 2022) in celebration of Maha Shivratri and it looks fiery.

The poster shows Mahesh Babu in the middle of a fight scene and it oozes with intensity. This teases the action sequences that we will be getting from the film. The actor took to his personal Twitter account and unveiled this powerful poster. He also penned down a caption along with it wishing his fans a happy Maha Shivaratri that read, "Wishing you all a happy #MahaShivaratri! May the ever benevolent Lord Shiva bring strength and abundance! Let good conquer all evil!"

This Telugu action drama is written and directed by Parasuram of Geetha Govindam fame and is jointly produced by Mahesh Babu, Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta, and Gopichand Achanta under Mythri Movie Makers, G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment, and 14 Reels Plus banners. The film stars Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh while Samuthirakani, Vennela Kishore and Subbaraju will be seen playing supporting roles. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by S. Thaman with cinematography to be handled by R. Madhi and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. The film was promoted as a fun family entertainer with an appealing teaser and melodious 'Kalaavathi' song. The film has also been shot in a variety of exotic places such as Spain, Dubai, Goa and Hyderabad. It is set to hit the screens on 12 May 2022.

Other than Sarkaru Vaari Paata, Mahesh Babu will also share screen space with Pooja Hegde in Trivikram Srinivas’s upcoming drama titled SSMB28. The actor will commence work on the project after wrapping up Parasuram’s directorial. After that, he will join hands with SS Rajamouli for the project titled SSMB29. K.V Vijayendra Prasad has penned the storyline of the film and is expected to be a jungle-based adventure. Meanwhile, further details on the project are still under wraps.
