When Superstar’s Lingaa hit the screens, it was sure that it would take the box office collections by storm and create new records. As expected, the film is already in the highest grosser list in USA. According to reports, the film has collected 806,190 USD in just two days. This number also includes a minimal contribution from the Telugu dubbed version. Among the films that released in 2014, Lingaa has achieved this record in minimal time. Lingaa is directed by K.S. Ravikumar and the star cast includes Rajinikanth, Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty in the central roles.
