The plot of Kumki 2 is a love story as the original film and will most probably have the soulful music composed by D Imman once again. Vikram Prabhu and Lakshmi Menon will not be featured in the movie because their story is done.

The new one will obviously have a new elephant as the last one dies in Kumki. It will be a romantic store with an elephant as the crux of the plot and will be set once again in hilly regions as director Prabu Solomon loves those exotic locales in all his films.
