Koottam is an upcoming action thriller directed by M Jeevan, a former associate of Ram Gopal Varma, featuring Naveen Chandra and Piaa Bajpai in the lead roles. The audio launch of the film is all set to happen today, in Chennai! Nassar and Kishore will be seen playing important roles. The story of the film revolves around a few people, who were once naxals, wanting to start their lives afresh and how some police officers and politicians don't let them do so. Music is composed by James Vasanthan and editing is handled by Madhu. Koottam is produced by Sumanth Kumar Reddy under his banner, The Mammoth Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
