Remember actress Kausalya, who gave several hit films in a very short span of time. Kausalya made her debut with Kaalamellam Kadhal Vaazhga in Tamil opposite Murali. But, it was Nerukku Ner which brought her to the limelight with the 'Akila Akila' song. Later, she was busy running round the clock with several films in her kitty. After playing several successful lead roles, she started playing supporting roles for a while. She was last seen in Santhosh Subramaniam released in 2008, as Jayam Ravi's sister. Now, the star is all set to return to films with director Hari's project. She has signed up to play a prominent role in Hari's new venture with Vishal. Also, she has signed other films too, following this comeback venture.
