Karungali awarded A certificate
Director Kalanjiam's Karungali has been cleared by the Censors with an 'A' certificate. In this film. Kalanjiam, who is also playing the main lead apart from wielding the megaphone, will play the role of a drug peddler. The film also has Anjali, Sunitha Verma, Asmitha and Shrinivasan in prominent roles.
According to the director, the protagonist in this story is wild (like the Karungali tree); he breaks all ethics and tries to go against humanity. Music composed by Srikanth Deva was launched by Jayam Ravi and Ameer recently.
