Super hit pair of Tollywood Nikhil and Swathi are back again with their upcoming super natural thriller Karthikeya. Shooting has been completed and the makers have announced that the audio is going to be released soon. The leading roles Nikhil and Swathi will be seen as medicos in the movie.
