Kalavaram is based on a true story directed by Ramesh Selvan. This film features Sathyaraj in a different role. He will be seen as an investigator in the film. This film revolves around the riots that take place in the society and will reflect the political inabilities. Also, this film is an attempt to show what is happening in real politics.
The film has Ajay Raghav, Kutti Yasar, Thanikala Barani, Nandha, Saravanan and Suji Bala playing prominent roles. Gaana Bala has written and crooned a song for this film. Kalavaram is slated for a Pongal release.
