And the master is finally back to his favourite forte: romantic musical. Ace director Mani Ratnam is all set to begin his next project Kadal soon. The film will have Karthik's son Gautham and Samantha in lead roles. Arjun and Arvind Samy will also play prominent roles in this intense love story set in the backdrops of fisherman community in Tamil Nadu. The technical team comprises of A.R. Rahman (music), Rajiv Menon (camera), Vairamuthu (lyrics), Sreekaran Prasad (editing) and Jeyamohan (dialogues).
