Director SS Rajamouli's highly anticipated RRR is scheduled to hit the screens on January 7, 2022, and the film will have a worldwide release on a record number of screens. The film has got huge expectations not only among the fans but also in the trade circle. Considering the fact that this will be Rajamouli's next directorial venture after the humongous success of the Baahubali series, all eyes are on RRR's performance. The film features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. This period action film deals with a fictional story about two real life Indian revolutionaries - Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem who fought against the British and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively.

Ram Charan will be seen playing Sitarama Raju while Jr NTR will essay the character of Komaram Bheem. Alia Bhatt plays the female lead in this film which has Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris, Shriya Saran, and others in supporting roles. Produced by DVV Entertainment, the film has cinematography by KK Senthil Kumar and editing by Sreekar Prasad. RRR has music composed by the legendary MM Keeravani and the star composer's first two songs have already won the hearts of the audience.

Following the success of the first two singles - 'Natpu' and 'Naattu Koothu', the makers have now released the third single from the film and this one is a soul-stirring emotional number. Titled 'Uyire', this is a chorus-driven track that has its heart at the right place. Madhan Karky's lyrics depict the emotions beautifully and the visuals of the song show us a glimpse of the hardships faced by the people during British rule. From what we see, it looks like this song will feature during one of the most crucial junctures in the screenplay. The original Telugu version of the song is titled 'Janani'.
