Exclusive: Interesting story behind Ajith's Walkman giftExclusive: Interesting story behind Ajith's Walkman gift
“Ajith gifted a Walkman for my birthday, from that time till now, whatever story I write, I will record that only in the Walkman that Ajith gifted me. I am following that practice until as a sentiment. My first film Thoonganagaram was produced by Cloud Nine, the same banner was producing another film at the same time and that was Ajith sir Mankatha. During the poojai of Mankantha, I met Ajith sir, he hugged and asked me what am I doing there. I don’t him that I am also doing a film called Thoonganagaram for Cloud Nine. I saw him be so honestly happy that I got a break. He also offered me to direct a film for him if I give three hit films at the box office. So, I am waiting.”
