Popular RJ turned actor Mirchi Shiva's next film, Idiot, is set to open in theatres on April 1 and has been directed by Dhilluku Dhuddu fame Rambhala. Produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, the film is finally gearing up for a big release in cinemas after a long wait and the team will no doubt be looking to hit the bullseye. The upcoming horror-comedy will see the 'Agila Ulaga Super Star' Mirchi Shiva sharing screen space with Nikki Galrani, with recent sensation Redin Kingsley also cast in a pivotal supporting role. As promotions are already underway, the makers of the film on Thursday released the much-awaited Idiot sneak peek featuring Mirchi Shiva, Redin, and an unexpected visitor, with whom they discuss their political ambitions.
The buzz for Idiot has been quite positive so far and the ensemble cast is one of the big USPs. Mirchi Shiva will hope to deliver the goods in the horror-comedy and Redin too is expected to once again entertain fans with his own shtick of funny dialogue delivery. Redin, who impressed fans with his performance in Kolamaavu Kokila, left fans in splits in Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor, and is one reason fans can look forward to his comic routine in Idiot. Joining the duo and Nikki Galrani will be Anandaraj, Oorvasi, Akshara Gowda, Mayilsamy, Singamuthu, Ravi Mariya among others, and with the large talent pool in Idiot, there are expectations for the film to be an out-and-out laugh riot.
There's also a lot of excitement as Idiot is director Rambhala's next after his Dhilluku Dhuddu films with Santhanam, which turned out to be successful at the box office, while also garnering positive feedback from fans and critics alike. And, with Rambhala this time joining hands with Mirchi Shiva, all eyes will be on how the duo steer the ship in their first collaboration together.
