After making her presence felt in Tollywood with films like Vinayakudu, Nagavalli and Gaganam, actress Poonam Kaur is all set to debut in Malayalam with Ajmal Ameer's Suvid Wilson directed Bangles.
Talking about her foray into Mollywood, the actress said: “It is for my own selfish reasons that I am in M’town. I want to refine my acting skills, learn the language and do my best over here. I have not yet done a project in Malayalam so after I heard the script of Bangles, I found it interesting and took up the movie."
ThisHyderabadi actress, settled in Mumbai, is well-versed in Telugu and now wants to learn Malayalam too. "I have heard the industry is much more disciplined," she added. The shooting of the action thriller Bangles will begin in Kochi this month.
