Chanakya, the Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Thiru and the film stars Gopichand, Mehreen Pirzada and Zareen Khan in lead role.  Zareen Khan, who is popular from her roles in Bollywood made her Telugu debut with this film. Actors Rajesh Khattar and Arun Kumar also played important roles as well. Chanakya is produced by Rama Brahmam Sunkara under the production house AK Entertainments banner. The music for the film is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar.

Chanakya hit the big screens a few backs and the movie opened to average reviews from fans. Following the release, a new video song from the movie has been released online. The song named Hookah Bar-u is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar. Hookah Baru-u is sung by Manasi MM with the lyrics with Ramajogayya Sastry. Check out the song below,
