The Gounder community in Tamil Nadu has called for a ban on Prakashraj's Tamil-Telugu bilingual production venture Gouravam, which also marks the debut of Allu Arjun's brother Sirish. The film is slated to release on April 19. And now the Kongunadu Munnetra Kazhagam has submitted a written petition claiming that the film represents the Gounder community in bad light. The film also stars Yami Gautham, Nassar, Elango Kumaravel, Sricharan and Anupama Kumar in important roles.
