Post the massive damage caused by the Gaja cyclone across Tamil Nadu, relief measures are underway by the state government with many leading celebrities too coming forward to lend their support after people’s livelihoods has taken a severe hit. Likewise, National Award-winning actor Vikram, who has on many occasions in the past done his bit for the betterment of the society has now stepped up to help those affected by this destructive natural catastrophe.
It has now been announced that ‘Chiyaan’ Vikram today (21.11.2018) donated Rs. 25 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the Gaja cyclone aid via online RTGS. The actor now joins a host of stars in the Tamil film industry to pitch in their bit to help people stand back on their feet after the immense loss of life and property in the Delta regions across the state.
