Young music composer G.V. Prakash bagged the Vijay Music Awards for the 'Popular Song Sung by Music Director' category. This is the second time GV is getting this award. He bagged the award for the melodious 'Pirai Thedum' from Mayakkam Enna.
The music director is currently busy with Paradesi, Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum, Naan Rajavaga Pogiren, Ongole Githa (Telugu), JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai, Nimirndhu Nil, Janda Pai Kapiraju (Telugu), Raja Rani and Vada Chennai.
