Fight master Raju is no more

Tollywood's veteran fight master Raju, who has choreographed stunts for over 100 films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya and Hindi during the 80’s and 90’s, died of heart attack on Monday morning in a private hospital at his home town Chirala.

Son of stunt master Raghavulu, he is survived by wife and three children. His last rites will be performed in his home village Vetapalem (near Chirala).

Starting his career with Kiraayi Rowdilu (1981), Raju composed stunts for almost all legendary stars like N.T. Rama Rao, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Krishna, Krishnam Raju, Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan.

Apart from composing fights, he also did a few guest roles, including Dabbarekula Subbarayudu in Rakshasudu. Galatta.com expresses its condolences to the bereaved family.
