The actor said that people saw a new Emraan in Shanghai, and his role had reconstructed people’s perception. He also said that he would love to play a lot of unpredictable roles to surprise the audience.
The movie, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, is a political thriller, which is said to be inspired from the book Z, written by Greek writer Vassilis Vassilikos. The movie also stars Kalki Kochelin, Abhay Deol in prominent roles.
