Awards for the winners in the 59th Filmfare Awards were given to the celebrities recently. Kannada actress Divya Spandana bagged the Filmfare Award, in the Best Actress category, for her performance in the film Sanju Weds Geetha.
Talking about the award, Divya said, “Thank you yes,my 7th award this year and 2nd filmfare award dedicated to the entire team of sanju weds geetha. My outfit by manoviraj khosla.”
The film stars Srinagara Kitty in the lead role. The film also won awards in other departments; Best Singer Female (Shreya Ghoshal), Best Lyricist (Kaviraj), Best Music Director (Jassie Gift).
