It is known that Dileep will be doing his next film with director Sugeeth for the film titled My Santa. The film was launched today and the event also saw the launch of a new production house, Wall Poster Entertainments, which will be backing the film. Now, there’s an interesting update on this film too. An important character in the film is being played by none other than child artiste Mansavi Kottachi.
As one may remember she had played Nayanthara’s daughter in Imaikkaa Nodigal and is also essaying her daughter in Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Darbar. Talking about her character Sugeeth said, “She’s sort of a superstar right now in Chennai, and we are glad that have her do an important role in My Santa which is primarily about a child and the character played by Dileep.”
Talking further about the film he also told the leading daily, “It’s a feel-good story with a Christmas mood as the title suggests. It’s a tale that is a mix of fantasy and reality that is packages as a festival entertainer.” The movie’s entire shooting will be done in Ooty. The film also has also has Siddique, Sai Kumar and Indrans playing pivotal characters.
